Please read the following rules carefully before using this platform. All conditions related to account registration, bonus claims, deposits and withdrawals, and responsible gaming are set out in detail here.

1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the mcw affiliates platform and all related services. These Terms form a legal agreement between mcw affiliates ("Platform", "we") and its users ("member", "you").

These Terms are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any dispute over interpretation, the Bangla version will take precedence unless otherwise explicitly stated.
2 Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and use gaming services on mcw affiliates, users must be at least 21 years of age. The platform may request a government-issued ID for age verification at any time.
2.2 Registration Process
Each member may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and any funds held may be forfeited. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Any change in details must be reported to the support team promptly.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)
mcw affiliates follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure secure transactions. A copy of a national ID or passport may be requested before withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
3 Account Management
3.1 Password and Security
It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account secure. Login details must be kept private and must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the mcw affiliates support team immediately. Changing your password regularly is advised.
3.2 Account Suspension and Closure
mcw affiliates reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of the terms and conditions
- Providing false information
- Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions
- Operating multiple accounts
- Misuse of the bonus system
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform
3.3 Inactive Accounts
An account with no transactions for 12 months or more may be considered inactive. Bonus balances on inactive accounts may be removed. Real-money balances remain held in the member's name.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on mcw affiliates is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The following methods can be used to make a deposit:

- Nagad
- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)
The source of the deposit must be in the same name as the registered account. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
4.3 Transaction Verification
Every deposit and withdrawal transaction goes through a security check. If a suspicious transaction is found, mcw affiliates may place it on hold and request additional information from the member. Cryptocurrency or any other digital currency is not accepted.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a bonus of ৳1,200 — giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A 20x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn, meaning bets totalling ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be placed.
5.2 Other Promotional Offers
mcw affiliates runs promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms. Bonuses cannot be stacked — the next bonus can only be claimed after the current one has expired.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses can only be used on specified games — please check the individual terms of each promotion
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly
- Winnings earned from a bonus become withdrawable once the wagering requirement is met
- Bet amounts during wagering must stay within the maximum bet limit set for that bonus
- mcw affiliates reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer
- If fraudulent use of a bonus is proven, the relevant funds will be forfeited
6 Game Rules
6.1 Game Results
The outcome of all games is determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. If a technical error on the platform causes a problem during a game, that round will be declared void and the stake will be returned.
6.2 Maximum Bet Limits
Each game or betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are clearly shown in the game interface. When playing with a bonus balance, the set maximum bet limit must not be exceeded.
6.3 Disconnection During Play
If your internet connection drops or your device turns off during play, the result of the round in progress is automatically recorded on the server. After reconnecting, the member will be able to see the details of their most recent transaction.
7 Responsible Gaming
mcw affiliates believes that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We encourage members to stay informed about our responsible gaming policy.
7.1 Setting Limits
Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from their account. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit is subject to a 72-hour waiting period.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
A member who wishes to can apply to have their account suspended for a set period. Self-exclusion can be selected for anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 months. During a self-exclusion period, logging in or making any transaction will not be possible.
7.3 Minor Protection
No person under the age of 21 may use this platform. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to restrict their children's and teenagers' access to online gaming sites.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcw affiliates platform:
- Operating more than one account under the same person's name
- Registering with a false identity or using another person's details
- Deliberate misuse of the bonus system (bonus abuse)
- Raising chargebacks or transaction disputes in a fraudulent manner
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software
- Playing using automated bots or scripts
- Intentionally exploiting technical glitches in the platform
- Harassing or abusive behaviour toward other members
- Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds
If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed, all bonus balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9.1 Use of Information
Information related to a member's registration and transactions is used only for account management, identity verification, technical support, and compliance with legal obligations. Information is not sold to third parties.

9.3 Communications
Important notices may be sent to the member's registered email or mobile number from the platform. The option to stop promotional messages is available in account settings, but security-related messages cannot be turned off.
10 Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service Availability
mcw affiliates makes efforts to ensure uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, cyber attacks, or unavoidable circumstances. The platform will not be liable for any financial loss arising from such situations.
10.2 Third-Party Services
mcw affiliates is not directly responsible for any issues with game providers (such as Evolution, PG Soft, JILI, Pragmatic Play), payment processors, or other third-party services. The respective provider's own terms and conditions apply.
10.3 Personal Loss
mcw affiliates is not liable for any financial loss incurred by a member through gaming or betting activities. Members are considered to use this platform at their own risk and with full awareness.
11 Dispute Resolution
11.1 Filing a Complaint
If you have a complaint about any transaction or game result, you must notify the mcw affiliates support team within 7 days of the relevant incident. To submit a complaint, contact us via 24/7 live chat or email. Every complaint is recorded and properly investigated.
11.2 Investigation Process
After receiving a complaint, mcw affiliates reviews server logs, transaction history, and game data. The outcome of the investigation will be communicated to the member's registered email. If an investigation takes longer in special cases, the member will be kept updated on its progress.
11.3 Final Decision
After the investigation, the decision given by mcw affiliates will be considered final. If a member is not satisfied with this decision, the option to take legal action in accordance with applicable law remains available.
12 Terms Changes
mcw affiliates reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at their registered email and this page will be updated.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the member's acceptance of the new terms and conditions. It is recommended to review this page regularly.
